Production Offices
Cinespace Studios Wilmington has over 40,000 square feet of production office space. The five large office hubs include office furnishings, cleaning services, and maintenance. We offer 24-hour access and ample parking.
Communications
Cinespace partners with tenants to proactively manage networking and telecommunication needs, including 24/7 network monitoring, security policy enforcement, firewall monitoring, hardware configuration, security patching, and tiered support leveraging a network of skilled network specialists. Cinespace offers a leading Voice over IP (VoIP solution). Phone lines are VOIP in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
Security
Cinespace Studios Wilmington is a gated lot with security personnel on the property 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.

Television And Film Clients
Cinespace Studios Wilmington has accommodated over 400 film and television production for companies that include Amazon Studios, Searchlight Pictures, Marvel Studios, Netflix, Blumhouse Productions, Warner Bros. Television, 20th Century Fox Television, Starz/Lionsgate, ABC Studios, HBO, and New Line Productions. Recent projects include The Summer I Turned Pretty, George & Tammy, Hightown, Scream, DC’s Swamp Thing, Halloween Kills, Black Phone, and Iron Man 3.
Additional services and on-site support:
On-site services include mill, paint, and FX shops, wardrobe with laundry, dressing rooms, set dec and props warehouses, base camps, ADR services, and catering spaces. The Wilmington Regional Film Commission, Inc. is also on the lot.
